Rent the Historic Nolensville School Event Center!
The Historic Nolensville School is now refurbished and the gym and cafeteria are available for rent. This is a perfect space for parties, reunions, sales (not retail), auctions, or music events. There is a stage on one end of the gym. While food may not be cooked in the kitchen, prepared food may be brought in and served. The Historic Nolensville School Event Center is in a convenient location with plenty of parking.

Our building calendar can be viewed by clicking below as it is a great starting place to determine if the Historic Nolensville School Event Center is available for rental on the date you are considering.
Once you have confirmed that the date is available with the Rental Manager , please download, print, complete and sign the Facility Rental Agreement and review the Building Usage Policy. Those forms can be downloaded by clicking the buttons below.

Please include a check for a minimum of 1/2 of the rental fee and a separate check for the $100 damage deposit. Prior to the event, a certificate of insurance form needs to be on file.
Payments are additionally accepted online.

Rental fees are as follows:
To rent the Gym and Cafeteria:
- $130 for the first two hours, $65 for each additional hour or $390 for six or more hours
To rent the Cafeteria only:
- $80 for the first two hours, $40 for each additional hour or $240 for six or more hours
Features:
- Rental of the Gym and Cafeteria includes: 15 eight-foot long folding tables, 3 six-foot long folding tables, 7 five-foot round folding tables and 356 padded stack chairs
- Rental of the Cafeteria includes: 7 five-foot round folding tables, 1 six-foot long folding table and 56 padded stack chairs
Items available at additional cost:
- 15 black vinyl tablecloths for eight-foot long folding tables: $2 each
- Podium with microphone and speaker: $25
- Projectors (one mounted on Gym stage and one mounted in Cafeteria): $25 each
